The location was fantastic and I would happily return, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service making it an overall enjoyable experience with no complaints at all.

The room was huge with lovely big bath, I was happy about that. The stuff was nice - they made my stay a great experience. The pool was great and I had carbonated drinks in the main bar. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

The interior design looks exclusive as for a 4 star rated hotel room

Due to uneven toilet floor surface,my toilet has been flooded most of the time which caused inconvenience. Not worth it for the price i have to pay. As a muslim i had a tough time in locating muslim food restaurant as most of the taxi drivers were unable to understand english, it was a total language barrier in ho chi minh for travellers.

The rooms have spacious baths and delicious breakfast options are served in the bar.

We stayed one night at this hotel to be near the airport for an early morning flight. We were very happy with the large comfortable well equipped room. We used the free shuttle service to go to and from the city centre and the hotel provided a free transfer to the airport, which was all arranged by the helpful reception staff.

This location was perfect and excellent, really close to airport and downtown and the city center which is already accommodating and Ho Chi Minh City next to the airport.

This place has modern, updated rooms with a spacious bath, complimentary fruit, convenient coffee/tea makers, and glassware provided.

Centrally placed in the the city of Dalat with comfortable rooms and beds

We had to move from second to sixth floor because of traffic noise throughout the night, vietnamese drivers are constantly tooting their horns.

The rooms were well-designed and included a spacious bathtub that I really liked.

So expensive hotel, internet must you paid, under my 3 weeks travel across Vietnam is this the only you paid internet!

The breakfast offers a wide selection including scones and fresh seafood, and the main bar is a great feature, plus the location is convenient with easy access to Mai Handicrafts.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini fridge bar in the room. Location so close to Nostradamus church the old post office the palaces and Very close to the airport buy still nice and the main tourist area.

Orchid Club room seems quite good for me, clean and comfortable for a long stay. Helpful staff, more than passable English. Airport transfer + good breakfast + evening happy hours in the club + 4 pcs laundry service a day and some other things are included in the room rate. Good value pack for a business trip.
