Couldn't recommend more for a budget stay

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the location is convenient for exploring the city as it's only 5 km from the airport and offers great access to GRAB transport services.

No issues here.

The interior design looks exclusive as for a 4 star rated hotel room

Due to uneven toilet floor surface,my toilet has been flooded most of the time which caused inconvenience. Not worth it for the price i have to pay. As a muslim i had a tough time in locating muslim food restaurant as most of the taxi drivers were unable to understand english, it was a total language barrier in ho chi minh for travellers.

The room was huge with lovely big bath, I was happy about that. The stuff was nice - they made my stay a great experience. The pool was great and I had carbonated drinks in the main bar. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

Great big room but the check-in process took a while.

We had a grand stay! The staff were so friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was tidy with a mighty comfy bed, perfect after a long flight. Just a wee bit noisy during the massage at the spa, though. it was lovely!

We stayed one night at this hotel to be near the airport for an early morning flight. We were very happy with the large comfortable well equipped room. We used the free shuttle service to go to and from the city centre and the hotel provided a free transfer to the airport, which was all arranged by the helpful reception staff.

we appreciated the convenience of the superior room, as well as a work desk, multi-channel tv, and a seating area etc.

the breakfast selection was amazing but the air con felt musty.

Centrally placed in the the city of Dalat with comfortable rooms and beds

We had to move from second to sixth floor because of traffic noise throughout the night, vietnamese drivers are constantly tooting their horns.

This location was perfect and excellent, really close to airport and downtown and the city center which is already accommodating and Ho Chi Minh City next to the airport.

Big room with a clean vibe. Enjoyed the evening cocktail and laundry service. Perfect for a solo traveler!

So expensive hotel, internet must you paid, under my 3 weeks travel across Vietnam is this the only you paid internet!

The shuttle service from the airport was smooth as! The staff were so friendly, like proper chommies. Plus, the pool area was a lekker spot for a dip after a long day visiting the city. Oh, and brekkie was solid, heaps of options!

Just found the pillows a bit too soft for my liking, could do with a medium-harder option.

Orchid Club room seems quite good for me, clean and comfortable for a long stay. Helpful staff, more than passable English. Airport transfer + good breakfast + evening happy hours in the club + 4 pcs laundry service a day and some other things are included in the room rate. Good value pack for a business trip.
